Timelines vary by position and volume of applicants. HR reviews applications as quickly as possible and will reach out if your qualifications match the needs of the role. If you are selected to move forward, you will be contacted to schedule next steps.

The interview process typically includes an initial conversation and one or more interviews with the hiring team. Some roles may include role-specific questions or scenarios so we can assess fit, judgment, and readiness for the work.

Milestone provides orientation and role-specific onboarding. Training may include safety-related preparation such as de-escalation, naloxone response, CPR, first aid, and other program requirements. Training time required by Milestone is paid.

Milestone offers multiple health plans, dental, vision, employer-paid basic life and AD&D, employer-paid short- and long-term disability, a retirement plan with employer match, generous PTO, and paid holidays. We also offer professional development supports, including tuition assistance based on policy.
This depends on the role and program needs. Many frontline positions require coverage across evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Each posting in Paylocity includes the schedule expectations for that role.
Yes. Milestone values lived experience and believes recovery is possible. We also hold all staff to high standards of professionalism, safety, confidentiality, and boundaries. If you are unsure whether your background may be a barrier, we encourage you to apply and speak with HR.

Milestone completes standard pre-employment checks as part of hiring, including a criminal background check and child protective services check, and other checks as required by the role. If an applicant is on an exclusion list, Milestone may support them through the waiver process when appropriate.

Requirements vary by role. If a resume is required, the job posting will specify it. If you do not have a resume, you can still complete the application with your work history and contact HR if you need assistance.
