Milestone’s HOME Team is an outreach program serving people in Portland struggling with homelessness and substance use. Recently, we’ve been seeing more and more people who are struggling with food access. So, we’re looking for volunteers to make 60-80 assorted cold sandwiches at home and bring them in Monday through Friday for our outreach team to share with some of our most vulnerable friends and neighbors.

This is a perfect project for school groups, scouts, church groups, or anyone looking for an easy-to-organize project that makes a big difference. To have the biggest impact and avoid leftovers, please click the sign up button below and sign up for an open date before starting your project.

To make distribution easier and safer, we request that all sandwiches be individually bagged and labelled.
